1. Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking and Cancellation:

  • Reservations require a 50% down payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
  • Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of the facility stay.

3. Payment Methods:

  • Acceptable payment methods include cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), mobile money (MTN, Vodafone), and bank transfer.

4. Guest Conduct – Noise and Disturbances:

  • Guests must respect the peace of the resort.
  • Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • No loud music or parties in guest rooms or facilities without prior permission.

5. Guest Conduct – Behavior:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated.
  • Guests involved in misconduct may be asked to leave without a refund.

6. Alcohol and Drug Use:

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas only.
  • Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and notification to authorities.

7. Health and Safety – Emergency Procedures:

  • Contact the Housekeeper or Managing Director in case of an emergency.
  • Fire exits and safety instructions are posted in all rooms and public areas.

8. Health and Safety – Swimming Pool and Beach:

  • No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
  • Children under 12 must always be supervised by an adult.
  • Shower before entering the pool. Wear appropriate swim attire.
  • No food, drinks, or misuse of the pool facilities is permitted.

9. Health and Safety – Health Precautions:

  • Use insect repellent to protect against mosquito bites.
  • Notify the Housekeeper or Managing Director if you feel unwell or need medical assistance.

10. Environmental Protection:

  • Dispose of waste in designated bins.
  • Avoid disturbing local wildlife and marine life.
  • Conserve water and electricity by turning off lights and appliances when not in use.

11. Cultural Sensitivity:

  • Respect local customs and traditions.
  • Do not photograph local people without their permission.

12. Parking:

  • Complimentary parking is available for guests.
  • The resort is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.

13. Pet Policy:

  • Pets are allowed in designated areas only.
  • Guests must clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash in public areas.

14. Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Guests caught smoking indoors will be removed without a refund.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside the main buildings.

15. Entry and Inspection:

  • The resort reserves the right to enter facilities at reasonable times with advance notice for inspections.
  • Entry without prior permission may occur in cases of imminent danger to persons or property.

16. Unavailability of Property:

  • In the event of property unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded without additional charges.

17. Loss or Damage:

  • The resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • Guests will be charged for any damage to resort property caused by them or their visitors.

18. Complaints and Feedback:

  • Guests are encouraged to report issues and provide feedback to the Housekeeper or Managing Director.

19. Legal Compliance:

  • Guests must comply with all local, national, and international laws.
  • Illegal activities will be reported to authorities and may result in eviction.
